Notices from the BOD

COVID restrictions in Wyoming have been reduced and there is no longer a mask mandate.  We are planning on the Partner Work Weekend on April 24th and 25th, 2021.  We are also planning Memorial Day festivities.  The April Board meeting set for the 17th will be in person.  The kitchen is also open again for partner use again.  All activities are subject to cancelation if restrictions go back into place.

K1s should be mailed out by 3/31.  If you want your K1 emailed to you, please email Carla at fxr@myfxr.com and you might get it a few days earlier.  We apologize for the delay.

Refund on partner storage rental.  If you paid rent to the Ranch for rent of the Partner Storage Shed, please let Carla know within a week if you want a credit on dues instead of a check to be sent out.  We are refunding 8 months (March - October).  If you subleased or shared with someone, you need to talk to that person.

The drone video of the partner storage shed is on the website under Partner Resources.  Jason also took a video of the residence areas and there does not appear to be any visible damage to roofs from the last storm!  Thank you again Jason Simons.  The videos are helpful and have provided some relief.

We will continue to post updates on Happy Trails, the website, and will send emails to partners who rented space as we have updates.

Partners, Jason Simons lent us his drone and took pictures and videos of the damage to the partner storage shed. At the same time, Jason also got a flyover of the mobile home and RV area.

Condition of Halleck Canyon Road

Hello All,

As of 4pm today Halleck Canyon Rd still hasn't been plowed.  Hopefully tomorrow the county will have worked their way out to us.  Please do not attempt to drive out here until the road has been cleared.  We understand your frustration as we have been unable to leave the ranch since the storm hit.  As soon as we have an update, we will be sure and let all of you know :)  Stay safe!
